Who I Am

This chapter will take us on a journey through the lives of six people. It tries to convey the idea that everyone on the planet is unique and fascinating in their own right. The author uses six people in the lesson to demonstrate this point.

Radha is the first, as she enjoys climbing trees. It is, in fact, her favourite pastime. Her mother, on the other hand, always tells her not to do it. Her mother joins Radha in climbing the mango tree outside their house one day. They converse while eating raw mangoes. When Radha climbs a tree, she feels as if she can conquer the entire world.

Nasir also owns cotton fields in his community. He observes how his father spends a significant amount of money on cotton plant seeds. He recalls his grandfather telling Nasir that he would collect seeds from his own plants so that he could grow new ones. However, it no longer works in today's world. Nasir is curious as to why this is so. In addition, he wants to learn how to preserve seeds. He'll be able to use them again and save a lot of money this way.

The author then moves on to the next person he mentions, Rohit. He enjoys travelling and hopes to travel around the world once he has saved enough money. Similarly, he wishes to travel to New Zealand's mountains and South America's Amazon River. Rohit also wants to visit the serene beaches of Lakshadweep and Orissa's Konark Temple. His other favourite places include China's old city of Beijing and Egypt's Pyramids.

Serbjit is the next person in line, and he is still enraged with the majority of the people in his life. It's because when he tells the truth, no one believes him. When he claims that he couldn't finish his homework because his book was borrowed by Ravi, his teacher suspects he's lying.

Similarly, his parents never believe him when he claims that the fight was started by his younger brother. He is always held responsible. As a result, he tries to keep his rage under control. Dolma, on the other hand, is a driven young woman who aspires to be Prime Minister of her country.

People come to her for help with problems, so she has leadership qualities. Finally, there's Peter, who adores and anticipates the second Sunday of the month. It's the day when his entire family gets together for a family outing. They watch a movie and then eat ice cream. It brings joy to his heart to see everyone having a good time together as a family.

Poem: The Wonderful Words

Mary O'Neill wrote a lovely poem called "The Wonder of Words." The poet discusses the importance of words in this poem. The importance of words cannot be overstated. Language is made up of words.

Man is a gifted animal with the ability to think and communicate. Every man should be fluent in at least one language, as it is necessary to express one's thoughts, ideas, and feelings. Everyone both thinks and speaks. The poet encourages readers to improve their language skills and work on their language skills.

According to the poet, we all know at least one language. We all have a mother tongue, so we must be able to communicate effectively in it. We should not let an idea die or fade away simply because we lack the right words to express it; rather, we should make a conscious effort to find words to express it clearly. It's possible that the concept works wonders. English is a fantastic and diverse language. It's possible that idea does wonders. English is a fantastic and diverse language. This language allows one to express oneself clearly and flawlessly without any difficulties. It is necessary to seek out the correct and appropriate words in order to clearly express our thoughts. It is erroneous to believe that there are no more good ideas to express.

Our words are the most beautiful way to express our thoughts or ideas. Everyone enjoys hearing new and positive information. The only thing left is to learn the language and find the appropriate words. In our minds, every thought is like a prisoner or a caged bird. With the help of words, we can set that idea free. It's entirely possible that the idea is wonderful.
