1. What is the most obvious advantage of
sleep?
Answer:
The most evident benefit of sleep is that it aids in the recovery of our bodies
from exhaustion brought on by the day's activities. It aids in the relaxation

seem to become more alert and active, which prepares us for the rest of the
day's activities.

drop as we sleep.

sensations, and emotions that occur during various stages of sleep.
4. Why are dreams important? Mention two
reasons.
Answer:
Dreams are significant for two reasons. They include the following:
(i) They assist us in sleeping despite the noise and
other disturbances.
(ii) They can sometimes give us solutions to mental
health issues.
5. Why has sleep been called a wonder?
Answer:
Sleep has long been considered a miracle since no one has been able to explain
or justify what causes it. It's a state of unconscious relaxation that
transports us to a dream world and allows us to disconnect from reality. Good
sleep is frequently regarded as essential for a person's optimal physical,
mental, and emotional development.
6. Describe briefly to the class an
improbable dream you have ever had.
Answer:
I had a dream one night about how I had won a lottery jackpot of ten million
rupees. With the award money, I purchased a magnificent car, a home, and lovely
gifts for my family members. In our automobile, we drove to Darjeeling for a
vacation. I was driving the automobile when I abruptly applied the brakes,
causing us to jolt to a halt. I was taken aback and found myself laying in my
bed, only to discover it was all a dream.
