Cancellation and Refund Policy

We focus on learners'/customers' complete satisfaction. However, plans change, emergencies come without an invitation. Therefore, please read each package/service carefully before buying it. Ask us all the details (if any confusion) and then go for the payment. Also, have a look at the following points for your clarification:

  • For any cancellations please contact us via the CONTACT US on the home page.
  • Classes once scheduled can't be cancelled and no refund would be provided unless cancelled by us.
  • Payment made for scheduled classes/sessions will not be refunded under any scenario unless cancelled by us.
  • We are liable to rescheduled your next class FREE in lie of a class cancelled or a time loss of more than 20 out of 50 minutes in class due to any technical issue.
  • If paid by credit/debit cards, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway refund will be made to the same account used.
